Refund Policy

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

A refund will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you have received a product to be incorrect, damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at support@circaair.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ANY sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


12 months Extended Product Warranty* Limited Offer

All quality related issues for products purchased directly from Circa Air with proof of purchase are covered by our 12 months Extended Product Warranty.  The warranty is only valid for Circa Air Products purchased directly from Circa Air through authorized channels with proof of purchase and registered under our warranty. Upon receipt of your item you need to register your item within the first 30 days to activate the extended warranty period.

 

Warranty Claim Process:

Please email us the below information to claim warranty for your purchase:

– Order number from online purchases made through Circa Air

– Description of the issue with the product

– Pictures showing the issue if applicable

 

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  Products without sufficient proof of purchase

–  Purchases from illegitimate sources

  Lost or stolen products

  Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)

  Damage from outside sources

  Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: extreme temperatures, water, using products outside of original intent)

– Gift replacements are only applicable if order number is provided as proof of purchase
